“Fling” is comprised of a small group of CPIT / Ara Creative Industries graduates who have nurtured their friendships and supported each other’s creative practice over the last 15 – 20 years. Artists Rebecca Smallridge, Lucy Dolan Kang, Louann Sidon and Greg Yee, (based in Ōtautahi and Ōhinehou), have each created a new body of work that investigates an innovative approach to their art making.

The exhibition allocated time for play and experimentation with new processes or materials, themes or concepts, with the aim to facilitate their growth and development as visual artists.

Location: Eastside Gallery, 388 Worcester St, Christchurch, free parking onsite.
